Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shopify applications and services provided by Flopit Apps ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing our apps or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our apps or services.

Our Services

Flopit Apps provides Shopify applications designed to help merchants manage their stores. Our current apps include:

  • Instant Digital Downloads: An app for selling and delivering digital products through your Shopify store.
  • Google Sync: An app for exporting Shopify orders to Google Sheets.

Account and Installation

To use our apps, you must:

  • Have a valid Shopify store
  • Install the app through the Shopify App Store
  • Grant necessary permissions for the app to function
  • Provide accurate information when required

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our apps to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Sell illegal products or services
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our apps

Digital Downloads App

When using our Instant Digital Downloads app, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to sell and distribute any digital content you upload
  • Complying with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
  • Providing accurate product descriptions to your customers
  • Managing customer inquiries related to your digital products

Google Sync App

When using our Google Sync app, you acknowledge that:

  • You must have a valid Google account and authorize our app to access Google Sheets
  • You are responsible for the security and privacy of exported data in your Google Sheets
  • We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs within Google Sheets

Pricing and Payment

Some of our apps are free, while others may require payment. Pricing is displayed in the Shopify App Store and within the app. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

All payments are processed through Shopify's billing system. Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

Our apps, including all code, design, features, and content, are owned by Flopit Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our apps for their intended purpose.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer our apps
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our branding without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our apps

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our apps, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
  • Update or modify app features
  • Temporarily suspend service for security or technical reasons

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flopit Apps shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our apps
  • Actions of third parties, including Shopify or Google

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flopit Apps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our apps, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an update on our website or through the app. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
